Teacher Tricia

Tricia was first introduced to dance in Singapore at age 6.
Starting out with Tap and Jazz, she pursued other styles of dance such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Modern Lyrical and Contemporary when she moved to Australia at age 10 graduating under the RAD, FATD and ATOD syllabus.

At 19 she enrolled at the Village Performing Arts school in Sydney to pursue one year intensive program focused in dance, singing and drama. She graduated with a cert IV in performing arts in 2012.

Tricia shared her passion for dance by assisting and teaching at age16 at Tamworth City Dance Academy, under the mentorship of her teacher and principle, Miss Kellie Singh whilst participating in Eisteddfods, performances and showcases.

Since returning to Singapore, Tricia has continued her passion in teaching dance and fitness. Certified in teaching 8 different group fitness classes and 7 styles of dance, she intends to continue her learning journey to improve her teaching techniques to give her students the very best dance experience they deserve.

Regardless of age or dance experience, Tricia believes that everyone can communicate and express themselves freely through dance. She only hopes to inspire the love of dance in her students and encourage them to pursue their dreams whatever they may be.
